The Mesorah High School for Girls’ end-of-year banquet was nothing short of magical—a meaningful, heartfelt celebration of growth, friendship, and the journey shared this year.
From the moment students walked into the beautifully decorated space, it was clear the banquet would be special. The GO heads outdid themselves, creating an incredible atmosphere with décor and a menu inspired by destinations around the world. Each food station represented a different location, adding a sense of adventure and flair to the event.
As part of the “travel” theme, the GO heads presented every student with personalized luggage tags—reminders that the journey doesn’t end here. Our Tech Heads gifted claw clips, a clever and thoughtful token encouraging everyone to “hold on to their commitments.” The Yom Iyun heads shared cupcakes and adorable plant pens, symbolizing our continued growth and the importance of capturing inspiration as we move forward.
In a moving tribute to kindness and dedication, the Chessed Heads honored Miriam Gitler with a special award for her outstanding work in chessed throughout the year.
Rabbi Kosowsky, always a highlight of the event, presented awards to students for their achievements and middos, and in a touching moment, surprised the GO Heads with a gift of appreciation for their leadership and creativity all year long.
The teachers led a “Goodbye and Keep in Touch” graman, blending humor and heart to remind everyone of the deep connections forged at Mesorah.
To close the banquet, the students gifted the teachers a heartfelt poem—beautifully written, deeply moving, and a perfect encapsulation of the love and gratitude they feel for their mentors.
The banquet captured what Mesorah is all about: warmth, inspiration, and a deep sense of purpose. It was a celebration of everything accomplished together—and a sendoff filled with love, laughter, and anticipation for what’s next. ■
