Thanks to our amazing heads, Dina Brown, Talia Shimon and Shira Wiener, Mesorah High School for Girls had an unforgettable Chagiga! The evening was spectacular, revolving around the inspiring theme of royalty and how we can utilize our unique heritage to create a Kiddush Hashem.
The royal atmosphere was palpable from the moment we stepped into the beautifully decorated room, instantly lifting everyone’s spirits. The décor perfectly captured the theme, complemented by a delightful and delicious spread of food enjoyed by all.
One of the night’s highlights was seeing everyone dressed in creative costumes, carefully coordinated with partners assigned by our excellent chagiga heads. The costumes showcased the incredible creativity of our girls and added so much joy to the evening.
Dancing to spirited Purim music filled the room with excitement and unity, setting a lively atmosphere that everyone enjoyed immensely. Soon after, we were privileged to welcome our special guest speaker, Mrs. Ariella Honigsfeld, who delivered an insightful and uplifting dvar Torah. Mrs. Honigsfeld emphasized the powerful message of using our unique “royalty” to create a Kiddush Hashem—not only in how we represent ourselves to others but also in how we embrace simcha internally. She beautifully articulated how challenges can be transformed into opportunities to increase joy in our lives and deepen our avodas Hashem.
The evening ended with a fun balloon challenge and more joyous dancing, uplifting and inspiring everyone. Thanks again to our dedicated chagiga heads and our exceptional guest speaker, Mrs. Areilla Honigsfeld, for making this Chagiga truly special and memorable! ■
