Inside Mesorah

Earlier this month, four outstanding Mesorah High School for Girls teams flew to New Jersey to compete in the CIJE Innovation Day at the American Dream Mall—one of the largest STEM competitions for Jewish high school students in the country.

Mesorah’s atmosphere was filled with warmth, kindness, and the sweet scent of cupcakes this past Tuesday!

Last Friday, the halls of Mesorah High School for Girls were filled with new faces, spirited energy, and shared purpose as we welcomed students from Chedvas High School of Lakewood.

This past week at Mesorah High School for Girls, the Upperclassmen were given an unforgettable opportunity that left them inspired, moved, and in awe of the power of modern medicine and humble heroism.

This past Shabbos, I had the privilege of spending Shabbos at the home of Mrs. Suri Rosenblatt—and it was a truly special experience.

This past Tuesday, in honor of Yom HaShoah, the day set aside to remember the kedoshim, the six million holy neshamos who were taken in the Holocaust, our school had the zechus to visit the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum.

Yom HaZikaron is a time for the Jewish people to pause, reflect, and remember the sacrifices that have allowed Am Yisrael to live in safety, strength, and freedom in Eretz Yisrael.

Last week, our school went to the Holocaust Museum together. It wasn’t just another school trip, and honestly, it didn’t feel like one.

Thank you to Esti Michaels and Perel Leah Stolov for organizing an incredibly inspiring, uplifting, and meaningful Yom Iyun in preparation for Pesach!

When the alarm rang at 5:00 AM on Sunday, March 23rd, I knew I was in for something special—but I couldn’t have imagined just how transformative the next few days would be.

The CIJE (Center for Initiatives in Jewish Education) Boston Engineering Trip was far more than just a school excursion—it was a deep dive into the frontiers of science, technology, and innovation.

From March 23–25, 2025, I had the amazing opportunity to join the CIJE (Center for Initiatives in Jewish Education) Engineering Trip to Boston. In just three days, I discovered a whole new world—one full of possibility, innovation, and inspiration.

Last week at Mesorah High School for Girls was filled with connection, creativity, and chessed!

Thanks to our amazing heads, Dina Brown, Talia Shimon and Shira Wiener, Mesorah High School for Girls had an unforgettable Chagiga!

Our amazing seniors transformed the school with a “flying around the world” theme! When we arrived on Friday morning, the entire school was beautifully decorated. The day’s dress-up theme was “brands,” and everyone came up with such creative costumes!
