Dear Parents,
Welcome back from the busy, beautiful days of Yom Tov. It is wonderful to be back together, and to hear the girls’ thoughts and feelings after the Chagim.
We began this week with our amazing Retreat. The girls enjoyed relaxing and fun time together, swimming, playing tetherball, machanayim, and more. We ended the day with a moving kumsitz. What a great way to come back to school and reconnect with our friends!
This Wednesday and Thursday were Rosh Chodesh MarCheshvan. We started these special days with uplifting Hallel that we all sang together. This month is off to a super start!
Our Chumash Bekius classes have begun learning Sefer Breishis. Chumash Bekius gives our students an opportunity to become familiar with the Parsha of the week by preparing, reading and answering questions independently, as well as hearing meaningful divrei Torah that give deeper insight into the lessons of the Parsha. They often make connections on their own to lessons they have learned in the past, or in other classes.
Thank you to our stellar team of teachers who care about their students, and teach with passion and love for Torah!
I wish you all a wonderful Shabbos!
With all my brachos,
Batya Epstein
