Dear Parents, As we near the end of our first semester, we are still busy learning, thinking, and studying together. I walk into classrooms and see the smiles of success on our girls’ faces, evidence of understanding in their notebooks, and meaningful connections in the thoughts they share.
Dear Parents, This week in General Studies, our students continued to engage deeply with their learning across all disciplines. Below are a few highlights from our classrooms:
Dear Parents, We have enjoyed another great week of learning and growing together! Our 9th, 10th and 11th grade classes are learning the Penimi Technology curriculum.
Greater Than Prophecy: The Heart of Mesorah Beats with Chessed. There is a remarkable statement in the Gemara that never fails to stir me: “Gadol hachnasas orchim yoser m’hakbalas p’nei HaShechinah.”
We know that when we look for something — positive or negative — we might be surprised by its prevalence. In Mesorah, when it comes to chessed, one need not look for it, as it is all around.
Dear Parents,
Below are just a few highlights from our very busy week in General Studies.
Dear Parents,
One great area of growth in learning Tanach is the leap from “learning the story” to learning the sources, the lessons for life, and gaining the skills to figure these out on our own.
Wow—what an incredible Yom Iyun!
The day began with davening, followed by a delicious spread of muffins and iced coffee to energize everyone for the meaningful program ahead.
Welcome back from the busy, beautiful days of Yom Tov. It is wonderful to be back together, and to hear the girls’ thoughts and feelings after the Chagim.
General Studies classes have been hard at work this week!
As we return to school following the beautiful and uplifting month of Tishrei, I want to take a moment to welcome our students back—with hearts full and spirits renewed.
Rosh Chodesh days have always held a special place at Mesorah, and this week’s Rosh Chodesh Mar Cheshvan was no exception.
Welcome Back!
I hope that everyone had a joyful and restorative holiday break. Our students and teachers have returned with great enthusiasm as we continue our journey of learning and growth together.

The new school year at Mesorah High School for Girls has been nothing short of amazing—fun, growth, and inspiration packed into just a few short weeks!
The first few weeks of class have flown by so quickly! Our teachers have been focused on building strong relationships with students, establishing clear classroom expectations, and laying the foundation for student growth and achievement.
Dear Parents,
What a great start we have enjoyed together at Mesorah!
